Super Report Generation
Now it is time to take a peak at the Super Report Generator screen. The Report Generator is a very powerful tool in SmartClub. The product is shipped with many predefined reports such as the Members whose credit Cards are about to Expire parameters shown below. There are many Report Type options. You can print one liner, all the detail, labels, email format or Export any piece of data selected.

The Report Generator allows you to "drill down" to all of the data in the SmartClub database and do just about anything with it you desire. If the "canned" reports that come with SmartClub are not exactly what you want, you can create your own and save it to run in the future.

This feature is a great marketing tool to constantly keep in touch with your club Members. Notify them of tastings in specific areas, invite them to special events and notify them of special sales. Even send them "happy notes" for special occasions.

The more you work with the Report Generator, the more uses you’ll find for it. You’ll notice there is an Advanced selection capability as well.

Comrehensive User Guide
SmartClub includes the most complete User Guide in a product of its class. It has text sensitive search capabilities. And, if you forgot a function in the wine club process since you may run it only quarterly, there is a complete guide of each step necessary. Every possible keystroke in the product is included with sample screens of exactly what is entered in each data field. It can easily become your best friend.

Simply select Help or press F1 to have the User Guide appear. The following screen shows what topics listed when searching for the word Member in the User Guide.

The User Guide also shows you how to interface with other software products you frequently use such as UPS WorldShip and Fedex QuickShip. A detail explanation of each function shows you how to use their electronic system with SmartClub.

Security
And it may be important to utilize the Security feature of SmartClub. We allow multiple levels for different personnel access. It can simply be enabled or disabled by the Superuser.

Guest Book
And finally, SmartClub has a Guest Book feature. That old notebook computer you have may come in handy for this feature. Use the Guest Book option in SmartClub and place your computer on a barrel in the tasting room and your visitor’s can enter their own data.

This eliminates all those illegible guest book sign in’s and retyping them to a mail list program. SmartClub also has a Mail Only Member capability and using Guest Book automatically makes them a Mail Only Member. Now you can easily market to this group of people, via the Report Generator, to make them a wine club Member.
