Processing credit Cards
Now it is time for a very important part of the wine club process, Run credit. This process automatically charges your Member’s cards the amount calculated by SmartClub based upon the Wines you selected, appropriate taxes and shipping charges and is based upon each individual Member’s database information.

While credit is running, you will be able to see in the screen (behind the dialogue box) a status of how many will be processed and the approval and declined count as well as how long it will take to run credit. This is where you take a coffee or wine break and let SmartClub do its job. The number of cards processed per hour can vary depending on how you’re connected to the phone line or Internet. At the end you’re notified credit is Complete and then please jump to the next screen sample.

credit Card Process Report
Automatically, the credit Card Process Report will appear and it shows Approvals and Declines by Wine Club and Member Type. Here is where you print this report and begin calling or emailing your Declined Members so you can rerun credit as many times as you wish as only the Declines are processed. This can take up to 2 weeks if you’re persistant in getting those Decline’s processed.

Summary Report
After you print the above report, we recommend you go to Reports and select the Run Summary Report. This report gives you a summary "snap shot" of just what happened in your wine club run. It is now time to print this report and take it to your boss and show how much money will be in your bank account in the morning. This is real crowd pleaser.

Member History
Another interesting report is Member History. You can print all or individuals. You could even use this at a later date if a Member wants a receipt or wants to know what they were sent so they can order more wine.

Member Invoices and Packing Slips
You also have the option to print individual Member invoices and Packing Lists of the current shipment. This screen shows an invoice. Printing these documents is entirely optional.
