Come along on the Smart POS Tour, the fastest way to ring up a sale – faster than a cash register and much much more. Your computer is your cash register.

Here is the login screen for tracking individual sales. You could simply swip a card to login too.

Now it’s time to ring up a wine sale. Simply click, or if you’re really want to be fast, use the touch screen monitor to blaze through a sale. Here is a typical sale and every cashier can handle it with ease.

You’ll notice we selected our wines. Now, we have a special on the 2001 Merlot and we’re going to discount it by 20% by simply pressing the Discount button on the lower left.

Pretty simple.

And when you’re ready to close the sale, simply swipe or take the cash. If the tender is cash, it will automatically indicate the change. That’s all there is to ring a sale.

You have a line of customers and the person you’re ringing up now wants to go and look for another item, no problem, put this customer “ON HOLD” and ring up the next customer. Then simply go to invoices on hold and complete the original sale. Now that is real simple.

Here we assigned an on hold number for our shopper continuing to shop. And now we can recall his invoice and complete the sale.
