The software has been a breeze to use and I can't imagine running a club, no matter how small, without it. Tech support has been a life-saver for me, as there are sometimes going to be little problems that crop up during a club run. I have always received a quick response to my requests for assistance and you folks have never failed to fix whatever problems I have. Everyone I have spoken with at WineWare has been tolerant of my "low tech" status, as well. Thanks for such a fine product and the customer service which is not always available from other companies.
