WineWare Software Introduces SmartLink
PASO ROBLES, CA – WineWare Software announces
SmartLink which integrates its popular wine club
software, SmartClub, and POS software, Smart POS.
SmartClub and Smart POS (CRE) have independent
databases; now they have the ability to synchronize
the data between applications through the development
of SmartLink. Wine club members will now be available
in CRE. CRE customers will now be Mail Only members
in SmartClub. Wine club shipment inventory will be
reduced in CRE and added to the CRE sales history
for each customer as well as other features.
Jeff Weidler, president of WineWare Software said, “we’ve
provided independent software solutions for the wine
industry because of the specific requests for certain
applications. But, with many of our customers using
most of our products they told us they now want them to
talk to each other and SmartLink allows that
integration.” He adds, “for example,
it is important in the tasting room to be able to
know if your customer is in the wine club thereby
allowing appropriate discounts and other amenities
during their visit.”
